The product
Nuri: AI therapy is an educational self-help app for practicing DBT and CBT skills. It is listed as free on the App Store. This site does not quote in-app purchase prices. License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own self-help practice, subject to these terms and Apple’s terms. You may not reverse engineer the app, scrape this site in a way that degrades service, or use Nuri to provide clinical services to other people as if you were us.
No professional relationship
Using the site or the app does not create a therapist-patient, doctor-patient, or fiduciary relationship. Content is general information. See the disclaimer.
Intellectual property
Nuri, the app icon, and this site’s original copy and design are owned by Mayfly Technologies or its licensors. DBT and CBT are clinical methods associated with many authors and publishers. This site does not reproduce proprietary worksheets. Skill names are used descriptively for education.

The site and app are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mayfly Technologies disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for decisions you make based on skills practice, or for damages arising from downtime, data loss, or reliance on AI-generated prompts.
