This notice describes how Mayfly Technologies (“we”) think about information in Nuri, an iOS Health & Fitness app. It is written to match the App Store privacy label for the current listing. It is not a HIPAA notice. Nuri is not claiming to be a covered entity or a medical record system.

Data the App Store label discloses

The developer’s App Store privacy label states that the following data may be collected and is not linked to your identity:

Privacy practices can vary based on the features you use or your age. Apple’s privacy nutrition labels are the source of truth for the live listing. If the label in the App Store changes, that label controls until this page is updated.

What we do not claim

We do not claim that conversations are encrypted in a specific way on this page, because that would be an engineering claim we are not restating here. We do not sell a “HIPAA compliant” product on this site. We do not use this website to collect health information.

This website

The marketing site at https://nuritherapy.app may use standard server logs and, if a measurement ID is configured, optional Google Analytics. Analytics, when enabled, is for understanding which pages and download buttons people use. Do not enter health information into analytics fields. We do not ask for it on this site.
