Educational self-help only

Nuri is a wellness app for practicing dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) skills. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental disorder. It is not a medical device. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatry, primary care, or emergency services. Prompts are generated or selected for education and practice. They can be incomplete or a poor fit. You remain responsible for your decisions.

Crisis and emergencies

Do not use Nuri if you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself or someone else. In the United States, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call 911. Outside the United States, contact local emergency services or a local crisis line. If you can do so safely, go to the nearest emergency department.

Nuri is not designed to detect or intervene in a crisis. It will not dispatch help.

Age

The App Store age rating for Nuri includes health or wellness topics. We recommend that adults use the app themselves. If a minor uses Nuri, a parent or guardian should review these pages and the App Store listing first and stay involved. Nuri is not designed as care for children.

No clinical endorsement
